The ore in this project is primary ore. Based on its mineral assemblage, texture and structural characteristics, the natural ore types are roughly classified into chalcopyrite, pyrite, magnetite-tremolite skarn.

300 t/d Nickel Ore Project in Tanzania

NEW SQUARE MACHINERY undertook a full-industry-chain mining service (EPCM+O) project for a 300 tpd nickel ore mine in Tanzania. The scope covers mineral processing test, mine design, equipment manufacturing and procurement, packaging and shipment, installation and commissioning, as well as operator training.
 
At the request of the Tanzanian client, NEW SQUARE MACHINERY not only completed the nickel ore processing design but also designed the tailings dry discharge process flow for the project.
